We're excited to have you stay with us. Please take a moment to read our house rules and policies below. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Guest Code of Conduct

Respect Everyone: Please be considerate and respectful toward all staff and fellow guests. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Age Restriction: To stay with us you must be 18 years or older.

Right to Refuse Service: For the safety and comfort of our community, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest we deem unsuitable, including those who are intoxicated, disruptive, or do not comply with our rules.

No Outsiders: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Please meet your friends in our lobby or other common areas.

Quiet Hours: We ask that you observe our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please minimize noise in dorms, hallways, and common areas during this time to ensure a good night's sleep for everyone.
Cancellation & Modification Policy

Standard Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before the default check-in time (2:00 PM).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged for the first night's accommodation.

Booking Deposits: Any reservation fees or deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving after 4:00 PM and have not paid a reservation fee, you must contact us to confirm your late arrival. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Age & Guest Policy: Guests who are turned away for not meeting our age or guest restrictions will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.

Modifications: If you need to change your arrival dates or shorten your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation charges. Please note that modifications are subject to availability and may result in a change to the room rate.

Group Bookings: A stricter policy applies to group bookings (8+ people). Please refer to the specific terms provided for your group.
Check-in & Checkout

Check-in: Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to bed availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Checkout: Checkout is by 11:00 AM local time. Late checkouts are not permitted. If you fail to check out by 11:00 AM, a late checkout fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged. However, you're welcome to use our lounge and facilities until your departure time.
Payment & Deposits

Payment: Full payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept cash (VND), major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and PayPal.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 100,000 VND for towels per person will be collected upon check-in. This will be returned upon checkout when the towels are returned.
Liabilities

Guest Property: It is your responsibility to keep your belongings secure at all times. We provide lockers for your use. Base Backpackers is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property.

Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to our property, furniture, or fixtures caused by negligence or misconduct. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card used for the booking or collected in cash.

Information Accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure our information is accurate, Base Backpackers does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information without prior notice.
